Christopher “Chris” Synek was named Neovia CEO in April 2021. He leads the organization with a focus on profitable growth, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.

Christopher Synek Chief Executive Officer

Christopher “Chris” Synek was named Neovia CEO in April 2021. He leads the organization with a focus on profitable growth, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.

Chris joined Neovia from XPO Logistics where he was President of Transportation–North America, from 2017 to 2020. There he oversaw a $4.5 billion organization with more than 250 locations and 10,000 employees throughout the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and Asia.

Prior to that, Chris was with Tervita. After joining the company in 2014 as COO and President of Midstream Services, he was named President and CEO that same year.

He started his career with Cintas Corporation, spending 16 years with the company before leaving as Group Vice President. He has also held senior leadership positions with Republic Services and Allied Waste.

Chris earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Tech University in Lubbock.

Zach Green Chief Legal Officer

Zach is responsible for all legal and real estate matters worldwide, including contracts, governance, compliance, M&A, capital markets and risk management.

Zach Green Chief Legal Officer

Zach is responsible for all legal and real estate matters worldwide, including contracts, governance, compliance, M&A, capital markets and risk management.

Prior to joining Neovia, Zach was the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Compliance Officer at both public and private companies. He was also a corporate attorney in private practice, representing venture and private equity funds and companies in a broad range of industries. Before becoming an attorney, Zach was an engineer with Hewlett-Packard.

Zach holds a Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School and a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering and computer science from Polytechnic Institute of New York University.

Tom Musgrave Chief Operations and Technology Officer

Tom joined Neovia in September 2019 as Chief Information Officer. In July 2021 he was named Chief Operations and Technology Officer as part of a strategic move designed to enhance an increased focus on the utilization of technology and innovation in company operations.

Tom Musgrave Chief Operations and Technology Officer

Tom joined Neovia in September 2019 as Chief Information Officer. In July 2021 he was named Chief Operations and Technology Officer as part of a strategic move designed to enhance an increased focus on the utilization of technology and innovation in company operations.

Before joining Neovia, Tom served as Executive Vice President and CIO at Americold, a leading temperature-controlled warehousing and transportation services provider. There he directed multiple strategic IT engagements focused around compliance, cost controls, merger integrations, business application standardization, system availability, and others.

Prior to Americold, Tom held leadership positions at Syncreon and Meemic Insurance. He has a BA in Business Management from North Central College.

Michael has global responsibility for human resources operations, including organizational design, change management, internal communications, talent management and acquisition, employee engagement, compensation, benefits, payroll, HR systems and analytics.

Michael joined Neovia in April 2016 as Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness and HR Information Systems before being named CHRO.

Prior to Neovia, Michael worked with Deloitte Consulting’s Human Capital Advisory Services practice and has built and transformed HR organizations for companies across industry sectors. He holds double degrees from Texas A&M University, a BBA in Finance and BA in German, and earned his MBA from Duke University, Fuqua School of Business.
